Oversees all aspects of the mathematics education graduate program, and serves as Director of PRIME, a position which is roughly equivalent to that of a Department Chairperson.
General recruiter and programmatic advisor of mathematics education graduate students, supervisor of math courses for prospective elementary teachers, website, office space for graduate students.
Handles general graduate student questions/issues, enrolls students in 999 credits, makes reservations for 123 NKL. Also serves as secretary for summer masters programs for science teachers and undergraduate science courses in the Center for Integrative Studies in General Science (CISGS).
Assigns office keys and copy codes, makes reservations for 212 NKL, assists math ed colloquium committee. Schedules appointments for Vince Melfi. Secretarial assistance for Melfi, Senk, Weiss and Savic.
Processes assistantship and fellowship paperwork for graduate students. Handles benefits and human resource issues for all PRIME faculty, staff and graduate students.
